When a tenant leaves the garage open

A rental’s garage door, open all evening. SafeGarage reminds the tenant. You see it too.

How it works

A small box wired to the garage door opener. When the door is left open, it tells the tenant’s phone, and yours.
Invite the tenant to the door from the app. They use it; it stays on your account.

What the tenant gets

“Garage is still open” after 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 minutes, their choice.
Open and close the door from anywhere.

What you get

The same door on your phone, and who opened it: “Opened by Sam”.
When a tenant moves out, remove them. The next one gets a new code.

What it costs the tenant

Nothing. The app is free and there is no subscription; you pay for the box once. On the home Wi-Fi it works even when the internet is out.
